APPROACH
I know that for many, the state of the world weighs increasingly heavily on every part of our day-to-day experience. In combination with the complexity of our lives—the immense challenge of navigating change, relationships, grief, hardship—we can feel especially adrift. These kinds of experiences deserve a space that can provide meaning and clarity. My approach to therapy is relational and depth-oriented, allowing for a process that honors every part of who you are, what you have been through, and how you hope to move forward with the people you are most connected to.
I have extensive experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy in both private practice and community spaces. I have worked with a wide variety of people from different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. My areas of strength are in working with teens, young adults, and families as well as providing therapy to queer people of all gender identities, providers working in community and non-profit spaces, and those involved in harm reduction work. Trauma and substance use are my areas of specialty.
